International Medical Equipment and Service, Inc. has created the Platinum Plus Series™ diagnostic imaging equipment and registered its trademark to meet the demands of a specific market. This market is concerned about value, quality, current technology, dependability, and service.
Because of our appreciation for our long relationship with Toshiba America Medical Systems, our complete satisfaction with Toshiba equipment and service, and our respect for the organization and its leadership, we have reserved the Platinum Plus Series™ designation exclusively for Toshiba equipment.
In order to receive our Platinum Plus Series™ designation, the Toshiba equipment:
- Must have been maintained by a Toshiba service agreement during its initial use;
- After we acquire the equipment, we must de-install it by Toshiba engineers;
- We refurbish and re-condition the equipment;
- We install the equipment at our customer's site by Toshiba engineers; and
- We require our customer to enter into a continued service agreement with Toshiba.
When these conditions are met, we issue our customer a certificate certifying the specific equipment as Platinum Plus Series™. This designation is critical in financing considerations, dependability, up time, resale value, and the assurance that the equipment performs to expectations. The benefits of Platinum Plus Series™ are many and significant, but value, cost, and return on investment top the list!
